Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
Who we are
Digital Right Hand ("we," "us") helps small business owners with websites, automation, and the tech they'd rather not deal with. This policy explains what information we collect through digitalrighthand.com and our tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Time audit quiz: your first name, email address, and your answers to the quiz questions.
- Booking a call: the name, email, and any notes you enter when scheduling through Cal.com.
- Emails and calls: anything you choose to share when you contact us.
Information collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to deliver and secure the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To send your quiz results and follow up about them.
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book.
- To reply to your messages and provide the services you ask for.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Cal.com: handles call scheduling.
- Make.com and our CRM and email tools: receive quiz submissions so we can send results and follow up.
- Google: fonts, and the Google services described below.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Google account data
Some of our tools (including our internal tool, CQOS) can connect to a Google account, such as Google Drive, when the account owner signs in and grants permission. When that happens:
- We access Google data only to do the task you asked for, such as converting, resizing, organizing, or backing up files in a folder you choose.
- Sign-in tokens are stored securely on our own systems and are never shared or sold.
- We do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
- People do not read your Google data unless you ask us to, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.
Digital Right Hand's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and quiz information while we have a reason to (for example, while we're talking or working together), then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or by replying "unsubscribe."
- Disconnect any Google account using the link above.
Email us with any request and we'll handle it promptly.
Children
This site and our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
